Hello! I am a relative newbie to real estate investing. Stumbled upon BP from an article a friend sent me, very excited to be a part of this community!

I just signed my first SFH fix & flip deal. And have tenants moving into my first duplex Fix & hold deal, on January first.

I am interested in learning as much as I can about the central Iowa real estate market (Ames/Ankeny/Des Moines). As well as making connections for future projects, and finding new deals.

I am currently managing a full-service contracting organization that is completing the work on my current properties and we are always looking for more projects to tackle.

Cheers!

Evan
