Greetings from WV, I am so glad I found this website... It has so many features that the other real estate boards do not have. I love the social aspect of it. It is somewhat like the Facebook of real estate investors. I have been an active landlord for about 6 years, have been interested in real estate for much longer. Excited to learn more and share what I have learned...
