Hey everyone, I've been listening to the podcast for awhile now wanted to join the online BP family so I finally joined the forum.

I'm an investor from San Diego, CA and I'm currently focusing on buying and selling raw land. There are a lot of beautiful parcels here in SoCal and although the prices for homes are crazy -- there are some decent plots of land for cheap! 

Anyways I'm in the middle of finding my first few deals, basically I got a targeted audience list from my county's auditor and controller and executed multiple direct mail campaigns with my offer. I'm waiting to hear back from test group A while I send out a different personalized letter with test group B. Once I figure out which campaign works best I will scale from there.

If any of you guys know any experienced land investors, land owners, or potential land buyers in SoCal, please send them my way! I will reciprocate the love and share with you my knowledge and expertise in creating buyer/seller websites, executing target marketing, and converting online leads.
