Hi, I am very new to real estate investing. I am currently looking for my first flip.

The plan so far is to contract out as little labor as humanly possible and buy something thats hopefully at least 10% undervalue. Ok I'm getting a little ahead of myself, of course there is more of a plan than that, but thats the basic idea thus far...

I look forward to getting to know you all. Any tips or advice to help get me started would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)
