Hello to everyone on this awesome site. Just signed up and loving it truly an ocean of info and priceless advices, keep up the true community feel of this website great job to all of you.
Anyway I'm in California and looking to make some new friends and contacts and maybe pick up a couple of properties and non performing notes. Happy investing to eveyone.
