greetings all:
looking for an investor in the south bay area (Gardena, Torrance, pref)...willing to locate props (Realty Trac), research, take pix, get comps, learn how to calc rehab, ARV, etc...will do pretty much all your legwork to free up your time for more important things in exchange for bird dog fees...currently unemployed (job loss) so have nothing but time & effort to offer to the right investor...tell me what your looking for & I will find them for you...
