Find property owner from house address

I went 'driving for dollars' yesterday and collected some addresses of properties I was interested in. Now the question: how do I find the owners and their contact information?

Off topic, driving for dollars is rather fun. The only problem is blocking traffic while I slow to a crawl when I see a house I like. :)

@William Pope you need to go to the city/town/county assessor's website. Not sure exactly how it works in Jersey but you can go to netronline.com to get s list.
