Greetings Everyone! Newbie from Duluth, GA

I have been on Bigger Pockets soaking up as much information as I can about buying and holding rental properties. I am interested in buying duplexes, tri-plexes and 4 plexes in the surrounding areas of Atlanta, Ga.
