Looking to get started in Denver

Hey everybody,

I signed up for bigger pockets a few months back but haven’t begun to post or engage until now. I took my time going through the podcast and reading some of the suggested books, now I feel like I am beginning to understand the benefit of real estate investing and how easy it can be.

I am currently living and working in the Denver area as a designer and am working towards architectural licensure. I have been working at residential architecture firms for a couple of years now, and have extensive knowledge of residential construction, zoning and building code.

I am currently looking to flip and develop single family homes with the possibility of moving in the multifamily developments in the future. I have experience working on a wide range of residential projects, from small kitchen remodels to custom homes, everything from $50 per sq ft to over $1000 per sq ft. I am very familiar with the Denver zoning code and permitting process as well as the surrounding jurisdictions.

I am currently seeking fix and flip opportunities as well as developmental projects. I would love to sit down with anyone for a coffee or beer and discus opportunities in the area. I am excited to get started!
