Hi there!  I am a new member in the East Valley of Arizona.  I have been listening to podcasts and reading various posts and wanted to start engaging in this online community.  I am a firefighter and a Realtor. I have had experienced a learning curve with my first two rentals and am looking to expand and grow this to a point of replacing my income. I am preparing to complete my first flip and I am cautiously excited!
