New Member in Southern California - Los Angeles

Hello everyone!

I am both new to BP and to REI. I have been doing a lot of research and have just started the process of getting approved for my first home loan. I am looking to start with doing small multi-family buy and holds. I would like my first property to be in driving distance from me but I am also interested in going out of state. Including North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, and Ohio. I choose those other places because I travel a lot for work and I have liked neighborhoods in all of those states.

I am also interested in meeting anyone in the los angeles area for coffee so I can pick your brain. In return perhaps I can be of some assistance with online marketing and video production. My current line of work is as a producer of online content. So I have a lot of experience making online videos and getting them to go viral or at least a significant amount of views. So if you need some knowledge about that stuff I am your lady. (I specifically produce comedic content but have produced drama as well)
