I am a newbie to real estate investing. However, I am all eyes and ears when it comes to learning the entire business. Being organized, thorough are what I am great at. If there is a system in place, I will excel in the job. If there isn’t a system in place, I will work to fill in those gaps to systemize and continuously improve that system, until it it is 100% efficient.

Currently, I am in my researching and educational stage. I have attended a few REIA meetings but I get most of my education from BP. My wife and I are scheduled to take a real estate pre-licensing course in January and leverage that education into investing. Her plan is to become a realtor full-time and I may do it part-time.
