Hi I am based in the UK and looking to invest in Toledo Ohio. I am wondering if anyone can help me since I have been offered a property in Mitchell Street Toledo. I have conflicting reports about the area. Does anyone know the area? Also can anyone tell me how I can find out about areas in Ohio since I want to avoid any bad neighbourhoods.
