Hey everyone my name is Dan Phillips. I have recently entered the real estate world as a property manager for a local company here in Latham. Upon accepting this job I wanted to learn as much as I could about the real estate industry, especially the investing side of it, so I started googling and stumbled upon bigger pockets. I have been listening to the podcasts ever since. Aside from being a property manager I also aspire to become an investor within the next year and a half specializing in 2-4 multi family units that need rehabbing. Right now I'm looking to network with individuals in the capital region and also learn the different investment and financing strategies that have worked for them around here. Thanks
