Pulled the trigger on first property!

Hey all, I felt compelled to share my story since I have been spending so much time recently learning from all of the valuable members that contribute to BP.

Less than a month ago, I pulled the trigger and got my BP Pro status after listening to my second webinar with Brandon. In that month, I had begun building a team with some friends and associates - lumberyard chain owner, general contractor, real estate agent, and loan official (still seeking out attorney and tax consultant/accountant.)

Because of the community here and the wealth of resources y'all have shared, I was able to get a property in Denver under asking price and with the seller to cover closing costs - all while cash flowing $700-$800 a month. This post is meant to be a thank you to everyone who has contributed and less of a "success story" but I did feel it was important to share that this site was definitely a factor in me getting "off the sidelines" and "into the game!"
