Hi everybody! My name's Nate and I'm from the Dayton, OH area. I'm so glad to have found this community and all the resources that are here! I'm very new to RE investing but I'm eager to learn and soak up as much knowledge as I can to start growing a rental portfolio of buy and holds. I look forward to meeting people (especially those in the Dayton area) and I hope to be able to contribute back as I learn!
