Hello Bigger Pockets, I am an inexperienced investor new to Winnipeg, Manitoba. I am a graduate student interested in buy and hold, primarily through the BRRR strategy. Over the last 4 months, I have listened to all of the podcasts and have read a handful of REI books. I have decided I am ready to get my feet wet; I am currently looking for a small MFH to house hack in the West Broadway area. Being new to the area, I have not yet made any connections here who are also interested in REI. I am hoping to grow my network and attend any meet-ups in the area.
