NEW TO BIGGER POCKETS AND INVESTING

Hello! My name is Starla and I’m new to bigger pockets and investing. My partner and I sold our home in Denver last month and we are  looking to invest in properties in Nebraska. We currently live in Colorado but are considering moving to Nebraska if we get properties there. We are looking for any advice and connections in Omaha for property management, contractors, other investors, etc. We plan on purchasing a home in the next couple of months to either fix and flip or use the “BARRRR” method on. We do have a real estate agent but any connections would be great! We plan on purchasing homes with our money and using hard money loans for rehab costs. Looking for any recommendations that we could find on good resources, companies/people to reach out to! Thanks!
