Hello from columbus OH. I am a new investor and one of my long term goals is to buy and hold a 200unit apartment complex and to be able to help someone close on their first deal someday!

I just discovered this forum over the weeked and I have been reading and reading and I have gained a ton of knowledge already. I have spent nothing less than 3hrs each night just reading different posts.
