Getting started in Indianapolis

Hi everybody,

My name is Corey and I am in the greater Indianapolis area. I've been thinking about getting into real estate for a few years but have recently decided to get serious about it after the birth of my daughter. I work in a pretty time-intensive job and am very interested in creating the freedom that so many people have been able to get in this industry.

I have a background in process design/optimization and currently work in marketing. As I read a few of the recommended real estate books and listened to the BP podcasts, wholesaling was something that kept popping up as an opportunity where I can use some of my current skill set while growing my real estate experience/knowledge.

Over the past few weeks, I found a local mentor and together we created my first mailing that went out yesterday (Thanks Andy!).  I'm hopeful that this will lead to my first deal =).

I look forward to learning and engaging more with the BP community!

Thanks,

Corey
