Newbie in Bowling Green Ky interested in investing in rentals

Hello everyone. I'm new to the BP forums but have been listening to the podcast for a very long time. I am 28 years old, a father, and work two jobs. I'm very interested in learning all I can about investing in rentals which hopefully in the long term could help me achieve financial freedom. Looking to meet people who I could learn from and possibly help them in return. I'm planning to learn more over winter 2017 and hopefully when my money really starts rolling in from my side hustle (mowing & landscaping) in the spring of 2018 I can start looking to make my first deal.
