Hello All! I'm new to the BP Forums, and I've listened to about 50 or so of the podcasts. I'm up in the Northland in Superior, WI, and I'm looking to buy multifamily investment property in the Duluth, MN or Superior, WI (and surrounding areas) markets.

Any other northlanders on here with some tips or leads to help a newbie along?
