Newbie First Question/Deal
Hello everyone,
Working on my first deal and have ran across something that makes me a bit nervous about moving forward to putting in an offer. Lead Based Paint. From the research i have done, it can be very costly to remove. Im sure its fairly common to run across knowing that paint earlier than 1978 had lead in it. Would love to hear any suggestions that come with lead paint and any real estate advise you have for a newbie doing his first deal.
