hi fellow BP members,

        My name is Lakshmi and I am based in Seattle, WA. I am very excited to be part of this community. I have been referred to bigger pockets through word of mouth earlier this year. Since then, I was not part of community but did listen to podcasts from time to time while driving and it is just phenomenal info, LOVE IT!! (the android app just doesn't work that well any more for podcasts and do request to fix it. lol ). Finally, I joined the community and I am here to learn, network and to be successful together. 

I started my real estate investing career beginning of this year in greater seattle area. Successfully flipped one property (invaluable experience) and I am currently rehabbing two more. My goal is to continue to wholesale and flip homes to generate active income. Meanwhile, I would love to start investing in buy and hold rentals confirming 1% rule, not finding the right opportunities yet.  My immediate goal in next 6 months is to find one. 

I believe that real estate investing is a continuous learning process and am open to creative ways to do deals together.
