Im new to Investing and have not yet purchased an investment. Im looking to connect with people in the Columbus, Ohio and surrounding area who have a proven track record in RE Investing. Im willing to help out with flipping a home(at no charge) just to get my hands dirty and get into the flipping realm. Any Tips and Tricks are always welcomed, thank you!
