Young Buck wanting to learn the ways of the Real Estate Investor

Hello Everyone,

My name is Lazaro Cocho, but please just call me Laz. I am 21 years old and serve in the Army. I love the Army and the experience I have gained from serving, but there are other thing I wish to accomplish in life. I have been spending some time now wondering what I can do to have more "free" time to spend doing what I enjoy instead of working. The idea has finally hit me (figuratively)!!!! Rental Properties, that is the way I need to start heading. the question is how? I have no money and no experience. For now this would be a side project for me, until I can safely leave my job and just focus on real estate. Any advice would be GREAT!!!

-Laz
