New to BP, from the Philadelphia area!

Hello I'm Jarshlyn (Lynn for short)!  I grew up in a family that invested in real estate. Both of my parents have multiple rental properties and a restaurant. I always had a passion to invest into properties and now I am ready to start. I am very interested in multi family homes such as duplex, triplex fourplex etc. Also I would love to learn more about house flipping and get into it.
