Hello! I am new here on bp. I have about 20 years of experience in rental properties I also owned a bakery/ restaurant for a few years and later sold business. I now manage my rentals on my own. All of rentals are single family homes in the Philadelphia area. I would love to began buying duplex and triplex homes. Also I would like to gain more knowledge in house flipping and expand my business to other states where business is good. 

I would love meet others with similar interests to share ideas and expand together.
