Newbie in Missoula MT

Hello BP Community! My husband and I moved to Missoula, MT about 2 yrs ago and shortly after became interested in investing in rental properties. Fortunately, I read Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover first, so we just finished paying off all non real estate debt and are finally ready to start investing. I work in the healthcare industry but I spend all of my free time reading and listening to podcasts and BP webinars. If anyone is currently investing in MT or ID I'd love to have coffee or learn about any REO meetups nearby. THANKS!

@Robert Herrera , I actually lived in Billings for 2.5 yrs also!  It seemed like a decent rental market there, but Missoula seems to be over saturated with apartments and new condos.  It will be interesting to see what I can find.  I'll keep you in mind!
