Just want to introduce ourselves! Joshua and Tammy Brewer

Hello everyone,

           Joshua and Tammy Brewer here just wanted to say hello from the Corpus Christi, Texas area! We are excited to start this journey with bigger pockets. Because of BP we decided that it is time to take ACTION. I have recently enrolled in a class to take my real estate license, although I know it is not necessary for real estate investment I firmly believe in the old motto "knowledge is power". We decided that the best thing to do is start with a flip or two in order to get the capital to start investing in cash flowing rental properties. I hate to admit it but it is very scary jumping into the unknown by just getting rental properties. What if they don't rent out and we are stuck paying for another mortgage that we wouldn't be able to afford right now. If you have any advice on appeasing that fear it would be appreciated. We look forward to getting to know some of the members on here so feel free to say hello! also if you are in or around the Corpus Christi area and are as excited as we are about real estate, send us a message and lets get together and pick each others brains. One thing is for certain the names Joshua and Tammy Brewer will be BP famous in the near future. I hope every one has an amazing day!
