Hey everyone Im new to the R.e investing field so I’m trying to soak up all this great info! My interests are in short term buy and hold single family home and condo/townhome, possibly in the Vacaville area just because im familiar with that city and the prices are more palatable there for my budget right now. Thanks in advance for any help!
