Hi everyone. I’m Nick. I live in Streetsboro, OH. I am just getting started, reading the BP forums and listening to the podcasts everyday. I am very excited about real estate investing. I am interested in finding a local rental property (for cash flow) as a starting point. My ultimate goal would be to grow my portfolio to the point I can be a full time investor and quit my day job, but I still have much to learn.
