Hello all. I am a new member from St. Louis missouri area. I am looking forward to learning what I can when it comes to real estate investing. I currently don't own any rehabs just my 1st house but it wasn't a cheap fixer up. I'm hoping to meet some locals to get in touch with and learn from as well.
