Hello all, my name is phill davis and i currently reside in cambridge wi. I am originally from fremont mi but moved to WI in 2012 for work mainly due to the crash of 08 hitting MI so hard.  Sadly it took me this long to get all my finances in order after the crash, but i am ready to start building my families future through real estate. I have always wanted to own and hold rental properties since i was young and seen a few family friends own rentals and maintain good wealth through them, plus i have a background in construction and enjoy doing my own work. I have not invested before and have been educated myself as much as possible before my first buy and came across bp and have really enjoying the site, plus i like to follow statistics and all the indicators i follow show some sort of correction in the economy and housing markets in the next 2 years and i want to be ready to take advantage of such an event. I gladly accept any advice, reading material for a noob and any meet up or training classes in the madison wi areas. Thanks all for the great material and advice in advance. long bp:)
