Newbie from Los Angeles Interested flipping & multifamily rentals

Greetings. My name is Sean and I am new to BP and to real estate investing. My wife and I are originally from New York, and we moved to Los Angeles ten years ago. We are currently looking to get into real estate both with flipping houses and purchasing  multifamily rentals.

I’m looking forward to learning more and connecting with other investors. All advise is welcomed.

I would take a boot camp course they lloyd segal and start attending local meet up and investment club near you. You need to build a team to assist with your realistic goals.
