I've been a Real Estate agent for about a week now in the Riverside area of Calif. I'm finding out that the biggest problem for new agents is finding leads/clients. Walk your farm, mailouts, email campaigns, cold calls, give your card to everyone, social networking, blogs and I'm sure some I havent heard of yet. Help! I need to make some money, fast. So, I'm open to all suggestions, let's hear it guys and girls :>)
