Hi everyone! My name is Nathan and I’m a new member/investor in Southern California. I am interested in wholesale contracts, fix and flips, and rental property. Also looking for opportunities to network with other investors and private lenders. While I’m new to investing personally, I have roughly 25 years of experience in Real Estate consisting of both Real Estate Appraisal and Managing Rental properties.
