Newbie to BP - from CT

Hi everyone! My name is Sean and I’m from Southeastern CT. Currently looking to get into real estate rentals with my wife in our area. We own our primary residence, but are looking to take on some assets in order to make our money work for us and provide a supplementary income. 

I’m currently a mechanical engineer. We are looking from single family to multi family home to purchase for rentals. Any and all advice is welcome for how to navigate rentals in CT. BP podcasts have been super encouraging and beyond helpful. Looking forward to becoming a contributing member of BP
