My name is Rudy Bello and I'm a new member. I owned three properties and my hope is to continue to grow my real estate portfolio. Any ideas you all can share on what have you done to grow your real estate portfolio? Best practices? Thanks for sharing.

Welcome Rudy!

There are so many things we need to do, and there's no way anyone can summarize in a sentence or two. I would say that if we have a clear reason why we are doing this, we can continue to grow, even when things gets tough.
