Hi All,

My name is Josh Kohler. I am new to the Real Estate investing world. I did site selection for a national retailer before deciding to stay home with my first child about a year ago. My only other experience I really have is flipping my first house. Lately I’ve been doing a lot of reading of investing which led to reading on Real Estate investing. Specifically looking at buy and hold with multifamily to get the cash flow. I have read BP here and there in the past and have finally decided to sign up to network and learn more.
