New investor in Charlotte NC

Hello All,

My name is Guy I am new to investing and just want advise on a good place to get started. I am primarily looking to learn and get started with purchasing a single family home cheap to use as a rental in NC or SC. I'm not really interested in flipping property but all other aspects of real estate investing will be considered. I currently work a full time job and want to use real estate investing as a way to generate additional streams of income for my family.  Where are the best places to go to find property for sale for investors?  I know real estate investing is a huge topic to explore I just want to find my niche in the business. It seems impossible to be good at doing it all.
