Hello, I've just joined biggerpockets, I'm a loan officer out of Michigan who comes across investors frequently. I was hoping I could work with everyone here to create opportunities. Currently I have an investor looking for 4 plus unit multi family dwellings anywhere in the nation, as long as they have good cash flow, 150k to 800k purchase price. Please let me know if anyone has something like that out there.
