Good morning everyone! My name is Jeremy Wacker and I am a 22 year old, recent graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Real Estate. While most of the my studying was geared to towards real estate finance and investment analysis, I have work experience with a property manager and a residential real estate firm doing social media and marketing. Now that I'm back in Los Angeles and done with college, I have been looking for real estate financial analyst jobs, but haven't been successful so far. As of right now, I am considering going into commercial real estate brokerage (I have my salesperson's license and am currently eligible to take the brokers exam). However, I am really not sure on what path I should take in real estate. Ultimately, I would love to learn under someone experienced in the industry that can help guide me on towards becoming a successful real estate professional. Feel free to send me a message on here, I would love to connect with as many people as possible!
