Hello BP! I am a Nurse and hopeful investor from the Modesto, CA area. Due to bay area commuters, prices in my current area are getting really high. I am considering investing in the Fresno/Visalia markets. Anyone investing in Fresno/Visalia/Lemoore? All advice appreciated! TIA!
