Hey Bigger pockets My name is Hardy, from Houston, Tx.. I am interested in learning how to do short sales for commercial properties. Most of my real estate career has been origination but now I want to work with the big bucks I know the transactions take longer in most cases but I have the patience to work past that. My goal is to do my first short sale before 5/29/2010 even if it's a bird dog deal I will be happy. I would love to work with a mentor if possible.
