Hello everyone! I'm new to BP and real estate investing. Really excited to start my adventure in real estate.

Little bit about me:

Originally from Huntsville, TX. Went to "college" in Maryland at the Naval Academy, then flight school in FL, and I am now stationed in at TAFB.

I knew I wanted to get started in real estate when my roommate and I were looking to rent a single family home and we both were frustrated with the homes we were being shown and also with the property managers. We joked and said "We should build our own real estate empire and make sure no one feels the disappointment we do right now." Fast forward about a year, I got a hold of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and that sparked my education and my interest even more.

That pretty much covers it! Let's get started.
