NEW MEMBER IN ATLANTA MARKET: WHOLESALE

Hello BP, My name is Terrence McLaurin and I have been checking out a lot of different posts and forums here on BP and have received a lot of great information. Wanted to reach out and say hello and connect with other REI. I was introduced to RE in the function of wholesaling and still learning, with plans and goals to close my first deal and many more to come. My searches in driving 4 dollars have been along the outskirts of Atlanta so far and currently reaching out to owners of distressed properties. I have faith that some deals will be knocking soon. I'm just on my grind! With that being said, I am still a pup in the game and looking to continue being a sponge, soaking up as many connections and information possible.
