New to the Raleigh Area

Hey everyone. I've been a member for awhile but I'm looking to become more active online and with investing. I have recently sold a successful live-in flip in Charlotte that has motivated me to keep it rolling as I have been relocated to Raleigh for work. I am open to hearing from wholesalers or would love to partner up on some deals in the Raleigh or Wake Forest area using mostly the BRRR strategy. I have a good W-2 career, but with that comes a time constraint during the week.
