Hi all, I am here looking to learn where and how to list my Guesthouse here in Belize as FSBO, and carry the loan if there is one with a baloon payment after 3-5 years. I would like to do this somewhat quickly as I am ready to move on to new life adventures, so we will see if I came to the right place. Thanks for any help in advance. Mitch
