We actually own our home in Southern Indiana. We are purchasing a rental in Louisville. We were actually looking to start in wholesale, yet this property got our attention. Now we have to learn to be landlords. We need contacts. Like property managers, and a good real estate agent and anyone else that can be recommended. Thanks.
